Community Health Resources (CHR), the state’s most comprehensive nonprofit behavioral healthcare agency, is hosting a Job Fair on Thursday, Jan. 12 from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. in its main office at 2 Waterside Crossing, Suite 401, in Windsor.

During the Job Fair, you can learn about a variety of openings for therapists, administrators, outreach workers, residential aides and more. To register, or view all open positions, visit www.chrhealth.org/careers. Walk-ins are welcome on Jan. 12. If you have any questions, email CHR at [email protected].

“CHR is a growing agency and offers many opportunities for individuals looking to start their career, make a change in their career and most importantly, opportunities for anyone who is interested in helping children, families and adults in our community,” said Heather Gates, CHR’s President and CEO. “CHR does wonderful work and helps thousands of people achieve lasting health and recovery every year.”

Gates mentioned many advantages to working at CHR including:

A dynamic, diverse and supportive environment A commitment to learning, mentoring and innovation Competitive salaries Salary differentials for hard to fill positions Excellent health and vacation benefits Work-life balance SIGN-ON BONUSES for many positions

CHR has repeatedly been named a Top Workplace among large employers, based on anonymous data gathered from workplaces across the state. For the last three years, CHR was the top-ranking human service provider and received special recognition for training programs.

“Make 2023 the year you join our winning team and help people throughout the region,” Gates added.

About CHR: Now offering services through the convenience of telehealth as well as in-person care, CHR is Connecticut’s most comprehensive, nonprofit behavioral healthcare agency. In addition, CHR was the first nonprofit agency in CT to meet all of the rigorous federal criteria as a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic and has repeatedly been named among the Top Workplaces in the state.
