Copy and paste the lower third animation on the timeline, so that it lines up with the first animation. Right-click the second graphic, and click Speed/Duration. Check off the Reverse Speed box and Press Ok.

In this tutorial, you will be learning a cool Lower Third hack in Premiere Pro. Using the Speed/Duration Effect, you can easily reverse the lower third animation.
Copy and paste the lower third animation on the timeline, so that it lines up with the first animation. Right-click the second graphic, and click Speed/Duration. Check off the Reverse Speed box and Press Ok.
