Can someone advise whether to replace LG compressor or get a new fridge

Our LG french door refrigerator stopped cooling this past Sunday.The fridge section is about 55 degrees F and not sure on the freezer temp, but its not freezing.Model#: LMXS30776S.The fridge is only 5 years old.We had a appliance repair guy out here and provided a estimate of $1800 for the compressor replacement.Does that price seem fair?
