coldest air conditioner

I have a hard time sleeping if it doesn't feel like a freezer in my room. It's 26°f outside rn and I have my window open. I've found that my AC unit, only barely being able to chill the room to 61°f, doesn't do the trick. It might just be too small for the room but 61° still isn't cold enough for me. Bought a GE washer and thinking about returning it Please recommend a good replacement

GTW465ASNWWThis is the one I bought. Came with mechanical errors. Just awful. Please recommend something that doesn't require re-balancing of the clothing items throughout washing. Doesn't have to be high efficiency, but something that requires nothing more than placing clothes in the washer like the old days. Preferably one from Home Depot as it's the only box store nearby.
