Advice on new cooking range
I'm in the market for a new range and I'm just so overwhelmed by all the options out there.
My current oven is an old Samsung electric one and I was going to get another electric but I've seen a lot of people saying that induction is the way to go.
I've also read a ton of comments saying that a double oven feature is a game changer.
I cook a lot, and bake a lot of sourdough, pizzas, cookies, etc.
So I guess my questions are:.
- Electric vs induction is one better than the other for baking.
- is the Cafe oven really that amazing? I've seen a lot of people comment thats what they have but I had never even heard of it before i started my search.
- is there a particular brand to definitely avoid? (Saw a lot of comments saying Samsung is the worst but my current Samsung has been ok).
Any other tips would be much appreciated!.

Answer:
I have a Cafe double oven induction range.
The induction range top is fantastic.
The double oven (no induction tech in the ovens) allows me to pull off some amazing dinners - parties.
I would suggest induction over electric.
I am very satisfied with my Cafe range.
I know there are a lot of people here that do not like Samsung but I can tell you from experience selling them they are fine - the quality is good enough compared to the other major brands, just make sure the price is right.
