Electric or Induction Range

We are looking to replace our 12 year old gas range—which has a recirculating hood. Given the recent news about the unhealthy air quality associated with gas cooking we're looking to add exterior venting and/or switch to and electric or induction range.

I cook a lot and am reluctant to give up my gas cooktop. I like it's precision and speed. I've seen dual-fuel ranges that have a gas cooktop and electric oven. But I'm hoping to find a fully electric or induction option and move completely away from gas.

I would greatly appreciate opinions from those using electric or induction. How does it compare to gas? Likes/dislikes? Specific model performance?

Induction is way faster and more precision FYI. You can find plenty of YouTube videos comparing gas vs. induction. The induction is always able to boil water in about half the time as a gas burner on full blast.

Im convinced all the negative connotations that induction has are purposely spread by the gas industry because induction is literally better in just about every way.
