help with ac condenser
Hi! I had a tune up done on my AC system a few days ago and after the guy left my ac system was blowing warm air inside and cold air from the outside condenser. My boyfriend checked it out and there was a yellow wire that had came loose and he put it into one of the spots fixing the problem and it came back out a few days later. I'm having someone new come out because I'm using a home warranty company and they're refusing to send out the same company without me paying so I'm having a new company come back. I had no issues prior to the tune up. Any ideas as to what's happening? I have a picture of the model and serial number if needed. Also I apologize in advance, I'm not very fluent in HVAC terms.
Thanks in advance!!.

Answer:
It's possible that the yellow wire that came loose is related to the control wiring of your AC system, and it may be affecting the proper functioning of your unit. This could explain why your AC system is blowing warm air inside and cold air from the outside condenser.
It's good that you have someone else coming out to take a look at the problem. They should be able to diagnose the issue and fix it for you. It's important to make sure that the wires are properly secured and that all connections are tight.
If you have a picture of the model and serial number, it may be helpful for the technician to have that information when they arrive. They can use it to identify the specific parts and components of your AC system and diagnose the problem more accurately.
In any case, it's always a good idea to have regular maintenance done on your AC system to ensure that it's running efficiently and effectively. If you continue to experience problems, it may be worth considering a different HVAC company for future services.
