2 questions, maybe 3 Is this a gas boiler? I tried to look it up online but it says it’s a space – water heater

Answer:

That thing my friend, at least in my area. Is a vary rare combi boiler that takes care of both your heating and domestic hot water at the same time. Your best bet when it comes time for replacement is any run of the mill wall mounted combi boiler. Thats if you want apples for apples tho. I prefer a cast iron boiler with either an indirect , or standalone water heater. What you loose in efficacy you make up for in reliability.
