Looking for some input on kitchen appliances

We are in the early stages of a kitchen remodel.

Trying to figure out if we could do my dream configuration: 36" gas cooktop top, and a built in double oven.

Worst case, would be a 30" dual fuel range with double oven.

We won't really know our options until we hire a contractor to start looking at the space and seeing what we can make work and ventilation requirements.

The LG Cafe line seems like a decent mid range option all around for my worst case scenario (30" dual fuel double oven range).

If I get my dream scenario, I'm thinking maybe a Blue Star 36" cooktop - and still doing cafe line for all the other appliances.

Want a built in Microwave.

Want a French door fridge with bottom freezer and dual use middle drawer - water/ice not necessarily required.

Are there any other brands anyone here would recommend in this situation? Definitely don't want builder grade budget options, more in the mid-high range and not opposed to mix and matching.

TIA!.

Answer:

One more thing:.

Go to YouTube and search Yale Appliances and spend some time watching some of their videos, you can search "best whatever" and find all kinds of stuff.

I promise you will probably know more than the salesperson when you go to buy.

Or at a minimum you will know what to ask and if they are lying toyou.
