Tesla, in 2021, took over the lead of number one luxury vehicle maker in the United States, over taking the likes of Mercedes, BMW, Lexus, and Buick. Tesla was ranked number 13 in luxury vehicles in 2017, number 6 in luxury vehicles in 2018 and 2019, number 4 in luxury vehicles in 2020, and number 1 in luxury vehicles in 2021. That's an amazing rate of progress. And this is for an electric vehicle that is competing against all other electric vehicle and ICE vehicles.
