When people are looking for new appliances, why do you post here?
Why would you ask a bunch of randoms on Reddit, when you can go to a local, independent appliance dealer and ask them? They are experts in this field and their word means much more than random Reddit users. It is literally their job. As an independent appliance dealer myself, it is so incredibly frustrating the amount of people I see asking questions here that could immediately be answered by an appliance salesman or service technician. Local stores are more often than not the exact same price as big box stores like Home Depot or Best Buy (and if they aren't, if you ask them to match price, they almost certainly will). They have their own service departments and will service what they sell you. They can go to bat for you with manufacturer reps if you're having issues. These are things you do not get at big box stores or ordering online.
Question from user CapitalTBE at Appliances at reddit.com.
Answer:
Id rather hear the experience from 1000 people who use appliances daily, than take the word of someone trying to sell me an appliance.
