3 year old LG bottom freezer refrigerator stopped cooling

Purchased July 30,2020.Noticed the freezer was thawing last night.This morning I realized the whole unit wasn't cooling at all.Downloaded the app to run diagnostics and it says it is working properly…second pic.Well the spoiled food in the fridge and freezer beg to differ.It has a high pitched noise coming from it all the time but no clue what it means.Any ideas?
